Calorie Tracker

New to this site and loving it, however, I'm finding it difficult to figure out the calories on the foods I eat. Unless of course it's written on the side of the box. For instance..........salmon. There are so many calorie variations for salmon. How do you know you are entering the correct calories? Thanks for any help with this.

I bought a scale and weigh most of my meat that I eat. I use whichever entry on here says that it has been approved (or whatever it says - I can't remember) by the members. I pretty much trust those. It's when you don't know the amount that you are eating that I think it's really hard. I have really started to measure everything - it helps a lot.0
