Thanks sooo much for all the info... that really helps! so basically its a good substitute for like cream cheese and such? garlic and herb sounds yummy :love: so when you are mixing it with the egg beaters...you smash up it up in the bowl with the egg beaters...the put in pan and cook like normal?? i'm learning…

I too have noticed this!! Probably cause your body is using more energy and you need to replenish the stock..BUT i still worry...am i taking too many calories in? even if its healthy stuff like fruits and veggies?. i too would like to know the answer to this...:noway:

1 banana 1 packet of quaker instant oatmeal- maple and brown sugar weight control 1 handful of unsalted raw cashews.... all after my 1 hour work out session this morning! YAY! oh and 3 glasses of water...

:happy: I had 1 packet of Quaker Instant Oatmeal Lower Sugar Maple and Brown Sugar ( 120 calories) 1 banana ( 90 calories ) 1 handful of dry roasted salted cashews ( 70 calories ) 280 calories.... probably should have had more though cause I worked out for an hour this morning :wink:
