From what I've read diet soda is worse than plain soda .. I get the Pepsi Max as it has no sugar etc I'm trying to cut back on sugar in my coffee by replacing it 1 spoon at a time with sweetener .. Seem to be putting on weight instead tho lol To help with serving size I got smaller plates

This would mean the BMI target on this is generally flawed for all, guys who have breasts to lose, nutsacks varying weight (yeah not as much as your breasts) .. Plates etc on bone. So the BMI is basically judged around a non gender, perfect fitness and health ? Sort of like an action man doll lol

Well I grew up being judged daily throughout school so yeah, I have problem with others about that and where I live some are total aholz and shout and judge across the street. Luckily I moved somewhere out of the way. If i ever lose enough weight then i'll feel ok out, until then always feel out of place.

I've been drinking coffee all day everyday since the early 90's .. I prefer pepsi so i drink pepsi max. I have 2 tassimo machine's for things like cadburys hot chocolate, costa's etc for instant coffee, various types of Douwe Egberts. I worked out what 1 cup totals to and have that setup.

I only walk once or twice a week when someones with me, so your all doing great by me. I've started Kinect sports on the xbox360 which for me knackers me out fast enough, i'd use it longer but by 30 minutes ny backs killing me. The boxing is great fun though.

It's an idea to put better info on products regarding things like sugar, I only now know how much sugar I should have due to my MFP app. My doctor, neuro etc .. never gave any info or help regarding things like calories etc even though they'd seen it was needed and to doctor dieting had been mentioned. My ex carer talking about herself, i'm fat, i need to lose a bit She was about 5'3 - 5'4 and 50kg and wanted to get back down to 49kg, the weight she was at 16 lol I was constantly re-assuring her she was fine when I was the one needing to lose weight ;-)

For me it's Costa's .. So now I have my Tassimo and a load of pod's for that. Oh and my Pepsi Max but I scanned that in MFP and it read ok :-) But I drink it slow anyway, a couple of bottles lasts me weeks.

uuggh water, my brother can chug that stuff easy, admitadly he knocks back 3 pints of it to counter the drinks that night (works for him too) I have trouble drinking 250ml of it. I think of water as being in my coffee, i get alot of water.

Well I love Pepsi Max and that is low calorie but i then got a huge lecture from my carer about sugars etc in drinks, foods, favourings that make it bad. Looking at it's label it has 1% trace sugar.
