it's only my second weigh in since it started i may have stuffed up .... that's highly possible sometimes the sparkle from my diamante's gets in my eyes and I don't read properly i'm still annoyed i can't read group posts on my phone !!

i can see my toes ! my stomach is flatter my legs are really toned compared to what they were my skin is awesome and on the humorous/ embarrassing side ..... my dentures got too loose and I had to go get them relined LOL (and my technichian couldn't believe it was me ... he said I looked like something out of a Jenny Craig…

I'm hoping to break my 12 month plateau I've started by varying my exercise - and trying to cut out 'snacks' which I'd always incorporated into my day - or changing the snacks to more low cal fruit options
