Of course I'm in again! This challenge has kept me moving!
Sunday - 2.60 -
Getting ready to try again this morning. Dunno what happened yesterday. I guess my body decided to finally dump all of the excess water and what not. understandable given after 3 weeks I can see visible changes already. Not too far of a stretch to suggest the body wanted to get rid of anything it did not need anymore. Will say this, nice not to have a little bloated feeling.
Will try for 7.5 miles, the last lap to replace the one for yesterday which will bring me up to around 12 miles for the two days.0 -

around 7 today for a week total so far of 11. The even better news is i am down another pound. With the workout and under 1500 calorie diet, Some may think it is extreme, but the results are starting to show. Just have to keep at it and not hold back.0

9/27/11-Had a long day today so I didn't do the 3 miles, but I did do day 1 of C25K on my treadmill....gonna hit the track for my 3 mile tomorrow though!!0 -
nice to see I can motivate people or help do so to strive for the best. Hopefully will make 24 miles this week tomorrow morning if weather holds off.0
