You all rocked it this week. I'm sorry didn't quite make the 15 but trust and believe I got my work out in. Dug carrots by hand and shovel, picked jalapenos and serrano peppers as well as dug out a rock bed at my moms new place. Was a great day as it was pretty much a family affair
I posted a new challenge the link is bellow. It is still the 15 miles, but once again if you want to aim for more that is awesome so keep reaching for your goals no matter what they are.

Oh no, just seen that you've all been posting your progress and I haven't done. I did manage the 15 miles but only just, so to sum up my week:
