  • in theory you can achieve the same effect without weights, just increase reps as what you are doing gets easier. As long as your pushing your body I think your good :) but i am not an expert by any means

  • for me it means eating and living well, lots of raw veggies and fruit and cooking not ordering. my fiance is not on the same page so we have found compromises. instead of regular pasta we buy whole grain/ancient grain pasta, instead of canned soup he helps me make soup, we buy organic when we can, more often in the summer…
  • I go for low fat/calorie versions of the things i love. Flavored rice cakes instead of chips, quakers, skinny cow or thinsations all have great low fat snacks. Also i let me gaming group know that i am trying to eat healthy so they can still bring their junk food but please don't keep offering it to me :) quaker crispy…

  • I love the variety from davids tea, cookie dough tea is sweet without sugar :) there are many of their teas i love, green matcha, pumpkin chai, three wishes, santas secret, sleigh ride, i could go on lol :)

I make them in muffin tins once a week and portion them so i know how many egg white discs i have for breakfast. also to make them easy to eat while studying or walking I have been lining the bottom of the muffin tins with low fat sandwich ham.   • I am also looking for people to share ideas and motivations with :) I have been trying to kick a junk food addiction and I have trouble maintaining for long periods of time. i usually make it about 2 weeks and then fall off the wagon.
