I dont have kids yet, but apparently when my MIL was having her first child her husband asked her how she felt after a contraction, apparently her response was, "Go get me a string, I'm going to tie it around your balls and pull every time I have a contraction. there are little things that you can do to add in exercise and it will make a difference. Park in the farthest stall at the supermarket or school. You didnt gain it overnight and you wont be lost overnight.

No I honestly think you should probably be around the 1500 to 1600 range you dont need to lose very much weight so you should try to do it slowly. If you lose to fast, odds are you will just gain it back. It has taken me a year to lose 53 lbs.

I'd also like to add I work out 45 min a day 6 days a week. Not including random walks I go on.

Hi..i'm 5 1. I started off eating 1200 and lost abt 30 lbs that way, then i switched it up to 1350 lost another 15 lbs. Currently i'm eating around 1440 a day and i have lost 7 lbs. I started at 217 and i'm down to 166, eat right, work out and know that one day of bad eating is going to mess you up.The real key is to move your butt and keep moving it.

never, unless they are an escape artist. i like the whole hold my hand approach a lot better. that being said i have seen a few kids that really should be on leashes but that was bc they went out of their way to dodge their parents.
