I can see myself in a few of those, but mostly in #5. I am awful when it comes to nuts (nuts about nuts) and can easily down 1-2 cups of any: almonds, cashews, soy nuts, etc which pretty much is close to EIGHT servings of about 150-180 calories each. Just do the math: 150c x8servings=1200 calories (only in the night!)…

Oh my Gosh, today I was thinking in the morning (while eating my Egg whites-mushroom-green peppers-onions-omelet) that why are the serving two tablespoons when I can do with 1/2 Tbs for a whole omelette and it would be way too little 2TBSP to eat with chips.

For the stomach (and if you already had kids) the best thing is a tummy tuck....that's of course, the most risky as well. You can also try "Aceite de Rosa de Mosqueta" which is excellent for that.
