I started Slim in 6 again today. I did find the program worked the first time around, but after a while I got bored with it and decided the last video in the set was just to long so I stopped. I'm determined to complete it this time though. SI6 is the only program that's worked for me.

I luv it as well. This is my second round of Slim in 6. I saw great results the first time around and am doing it again. It really helped with my mid section and lower body, especially the muffin top (as Debbie calls it. LOL). This time I'm adding more cardio.. like Zumba and the SI6 Cardio Core Express dvd. I also like…

Based on my HRM, I burn about 475 calories during 60 minutes of Zumba. But of course each individual's burn would be different.

I'll be starting my second round if SI6. SIU is a great start but after only a week, I don't find it challenging and I'm ready to move to the next DVD.

Dr. Oz discussed artificial sweeteners on his show a few days ago. Based on that show and what I've read about sucralose, I switched to stevia. Here's the link to his article... http://www.doctoroz.com/videos/artificial-sweeteners-reduce-replace-and-renew I hope it helps.

I bought the Polar FT4 based on my research and comments from other users. I'm loving it so far.... I wanted to have a more accurate reading of the calories I burn. I used it for a Zumba class yesterday and was surprised by the calories I burned. :) I bought mine on Amazon for $60 since stores near me wanted nearly $100…

In my area clases are as cheap as $5 for drop-in or $30 per month for unlimited. It can be hard on your nees, but my instructor shows low impact options for those who have knee trouble... like me. It's lots of fun. Most of the time I forget I'm exercising.
