slim in 6

I did slim in 6 a few years ago and combined with diet lost about 15 lbs and went down a size. I remember at the time everyone thought I had lost so much more because of the way it shapes your body.

I actually became too advanced for it and moved onto other things. I am thinking of going back to it for a few weeks just to see if the consistency of it (6 days a week) plus all those squats will help me get to my spring goals.

Any other slim in 6ers? The only other program that I found was similar was Tonique workouts, but it can be too intense sometimes. Great workouts but they are intense for over an hour. Maybe phase into that after a month of slim in 6?

  • I'm actually about to start Slim in 6 as soon as I'm done with my juice cleanse :) I'm glad to hear that it got you into shape!! It only takes one negative comment for me to get discouraged. I'm so afraid that it'll be too easy and it wont work or something. Anyway, did you follow the diet at all? Also, did you see those results in 6 weeks?!

I'm about to start Slim in 6. It has worked for me in the past, and I am ready to be fit (once and for all). Did you use the Michi's ladder food suggestions or just count calories?

I started Slim in 6 again today. I did find the program worked the first time around, but after a while I got bored with it and decided the last video in the set was just to long so I stopped. I'm determined to complete it this time though. SI6 is the only program that's worked for me.

I ordered the DVDs today and am excited to get started. Does anyone have opinions on the impact level of the workouts?
