I use egg white protein powder + chia seeds + coconut/almond milk. You can add some coffee to it, a little stevia, and it's a meal. You look AMAZING! Great job. Slower is good, it teaches you to keep it off but you are losing at a very good rate. I lost about 40 lbs from last April until now, so my thyroid makes it slower than I like, but I'm thinner! I am hoping for another 40 loss this year!

7 pounds is amazing that's almost 2 lbs a week. We ALL want it fast but truth is isome times if it comes off fast it can also go back on fast, slow and steady win sthe race, U can try increasing workouts to 4 days a week then after a month try 5 days.

That's a lot of weight for a short period of time, it tends to slow as you get nearer your goal, and yes you are eating too little, eat more real, raw foods.
