Thin men and muscles?
Why is it some guys put on muscle with no issue and others can workout hours a day and still be so thin? Is it what they are eating, genetics or???? What if thin dude is eating well, lots of protein and protein shakes along with working out? Is it because one that is thin needs to stick to weights and not cardio as much?

Are Avocados good to eat for low-carb diets?
It says on here that 1 avocado has 14, or 17 carbs and I don't like to mix my carbs with high fats, it just helps me to not put on weight/lose it. I didn't realize they had such a high carb amount. Who loses while eating avocados on a low-carb diet, just curious?
