Need motivation to get out of my 8-day stall...

I know it doesn't sound long but I have steadily been losing since I started at the end of March (22 lbs). Then May hits and I think I've lose 2 lbs this month, it's slowed a lot, and the past 8 days nothing. Now I know I've been working out hard so I am transforming my body's shape and I like it and how much muscle is showing.
I still have a LONG way to go, my goal is 30 more pounds this year, but I really need to lose 70 more, just trying to give myself realistic goals with my thyroid and set small goals. My first goal was 22 lbs and I've hit it, but I've hit a wall this month!
So not sure if it's the fat-muscle thing. Am I eating enough calories, I have bumped up my calories from 1300 or so to 1700ish. Maybe I need to bump them back down but I was doing 70 and 90 minute workouts so I thought I would need more. Or I have been trying Stevia here and there, so maybe I should give that up for good only on special occasion desserts? Also I've been having smoothies lately, and I do lower carb for my thyroid and that's what works (I do eat grains, fruits). Maybe skip the smoothies for awhile? I have 1 cheat meal a week, and 1 dessert. Although in the past week I had tortilla chips three times which is a no-no on my list (no corn/no tortilla chips).
Do I need more sleep? lol. What? Lifting weights, I have not been doing that much- more cardio stuff.
Any ideas/help? I'd like to go back to losing my 1.5-3 lbs a week like I was losing, 2 or 3 lbs in the past 3 weeks is not very good at my size! I don't feel like being patient, I've been patient for YEARS, it's time to lose lose lose! LOL
Anyway Words of Encouragement help.

Try altering your workkouts. Your body has probably adjusted to what you've been putting it through. Lift weights and do cardio...mix it up a little and see if that spurs a bit of a weight decrease.
Having said that, losing 1 lb per week is healthy, so don't expect to lose more than 4-5 lbs per month. Also, the scale shouldn't rule you. Let the way your clothes are fitting be your guide, take measurements if you think that will help, too.0 -
Thanks for the encouragement. I did do an hour and 23 minutes at the gym today this time it was the weight machines and I think on Thursday I will do the free weights. I'm motivated that's for sure! 4 lbs a month would equal my 30 I need for the year. I guess I was sooo used to losing 1.5-3 lbs a week, I'm just anxious to get it moving! I just do not feel like I weigh that's for sure! I cannot wait until another 22 are off!Try altering your workkouts. Your body has probably adjusted to what you've been putting it through.
