I'm a woman of all trades. I design t-shirts and sell quite a few on my two shirt sites on Cafepress. I am a top reviewer for Health/Beauty, Food/Restaurants on Epinions. I make bath/body products, mostly soap like cupcake-style and scented natural soap...and do craft fairs. I am a mom of 2, plus 2 pets, I used to take in…

I think a new bathing suit and a tropical vacay with hubby would be the ultimate reward ; ) and I would deserve it, too.

Almonds, raw. Almond butter with organic celery sticks or carrot sticks. Boiled eggs try 2 per day. Protein powder mixed with coconut milk (So delicious brand is good) or dairy if dairy doesn't bother you. Greek yogurt (if you eat dairy), low sugar or plain type Larabar (nuts+dates) very good protein bar esp for workouts…

I know MANY people with thyroid issues who undereat in fact a lot of hypothyroid people don't "feel" like eating much or even moving much because of their issues, so getting a lapband would never help a hypothryoid person lose weight. The less they eat, the less they lose weight. TO OP: I have no problem with anyone…

My husband and I are 8 oclock at night workouters lol. Yes, you can friend request me : )

Awesome...keep it up!

Before workouts, I do great with a couple of boiled eggs and some protein powder mixed with water & coconut milk. I do good with protein before a workout and protein after a workout, so nuts afterwards are good.

I was going to say 145-150 and second pic 130-135 lol But then again I didn't read that you were 5"11, so that changes everything. I would've thought 185 then and 155.

What are you eating? If I eat carbs for breakfast, then yes I feel hungry after oatmeal, cereal, toast, etc. but I don't feel hungry if I have protein like eggs, egg whites, omelet, turkey sausage, veggies with my protein, etc.

Vacations and clothes and to do fun things on my vacays like zip lining. I already hit my 22lb goal so I bought myself a new purse system...

You're right that some people are more sensitive than others, I, apparantly am very sensitive to it and blame most of my wt. gain on it and thyroid issues (I was vegetarian at one time). So any time I see anyone struggle with wt. loss who are doing the right thing, and the one issue I see is soy, then it is good advice, as…

Honestly, more protein and a less carbs in my opinion. Also you are eating soy and soy messes with hormones like your thyroid which regulates metabolism. Soy blocks iodine which is only absorbed in the thyroid. This caused me a lot of weight gain in the past, if I were you I would look into it. There is coconut milk ice…

I appreciate everyone's honesty. This thread is helpful in knowing that not everyone loses 25 lbs per month (I wish!) and some lose .5 a lb a month but a loss is a loss and it's great and to keep going! There are so many factors as well, diabetes, thyroid, pcos/hormonal stuff, pregnancy, birth control, you name it that…

I fit clothes in my closet I've never worn before, it's like getting a new wardrobe (and taking full-body pics of myself) without saying "ew" and deleting them.

I totally think you could pull it off.

Looking great! Great job!

I use bread mix, too instead of mixing my own flours. Remember that it will come out denser than regular bread (not fluffy) and will be heavier and also a lot of times flops down (meaning it does not puff up like normal bread). The key is finding a good mix and you need to put it on 1/2 an hour less than the regular bread…

The only food from Trader Joe's that is acceptable that is prepared for my son or I would be the one with the labe on it that says "no gluten ingredients used" and none of TJoe's bars are gluten-free that I have seen ever, (except Larabars but those of course are not made by Trader Joe's). I would not eat those! A good…

Thanks for the reminder that I love to eat this!! Yummy, I will buy at the store tomorrow. I like to use a potato peeler and make long spaghetti strips with the zucchini.

Every summer when I stayed the summers with my sister in Colorado with 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 105+ we just waited until 8 pm to go for 1.5 hour walks on trails with hills, etc. that was the best workout, the sun is still up at that time. Late at night workouts Early early morning workouts Lots of water, salt/electrolytes,…

My own, fav dressing: Apple Cider Vinegar (although right now my FAV vinegar is raw coconut vinegar), 3 tablespoons 2 tbps of extra virgin olive oil squeeze 1 small lemon or half a large lemon (juice) stevia drops, powder or splenda or honey (just a few drops) to sweeten the tartness pinch of sea salt 1 tsp of organic mayo…

Health and hormonal issues also need to be resolved. But yes, the big one for me has always been CONSISTENCY. So MFP has been really helping with that! Yeah.

Amazing, you both look so good!

Used to want 3, wanted to have 2 and adopt one. Now I have a boy and a girl and they take 110% of my time, love, devotion and attention, so as you can see, there is nothing left fo anymore children : ) I have a dog, he's my 3rd hairy child. I started very young, so I'm ready when my son grows up to just enjoy my hubby when…
