Amazing! Keep it up. I always wondered about counseling when it comes to weightloss...

My aunt is 275 and she goes on rides and squishes in and enjoys them and doesn't think much about it. Not sure if she hasn't fit and had to get off yet, but if you are brave, go for it. I think most things in life are if you are under 250 (a lot of rides, trampolines, rollerblades, snowshoes, skiis, etc.) but you know…

I don't eat wheat or dairy and pretty much never do. But chocolate, coffee or too much spices will cause me to have a lot of acid reflux. I usually can have one once in a great while, but then if I get all into it for a few days, forget it, my stomach will act up. It's hard, but I remember the pain I went through, carry…

Sprinkle on salad or you mix with salad dressing (apple cider vinegar/olive oil) to make your own dressing.

2 things that will help, get a good book to read (try googling Mary Shamon) and her Living Well books "with hypothyroidism or whatever". And get a good doctor (google "top thyroid docs").

You can do the wheelbarrel..

Good job, keep it up!!!

That simple statement doesn't take into account SOOO many things; Hormones Thyroid Auto-immune Diseases Illnessess Vitamin and/or mineral Deficiencies Genetics Pregnancy Cortisol levels (another hormone)/adrenals/stress levels How much sleep one is getting or needs What someone is eating, is it under calories but…

What a huge difference and success, 112lbs in only a year and a marathon! Wow!

The only thing I could see this as an issue is that low carb can often times make the bowels slow digestion-wise because it's a low-fiber diet. Low fiber can mean things aren't moving in intestines and sit causing bacteria in the pockets of the intestines which can make diverticulitus. That's just my assumption though and…

Madonna a lot. I have red hair right now and need to lose weight so I haven't heard it in awhile, but when I'm thin and with my blonde hair, yes Madonna all the time and Sharon Stone.

Great job! It looks like you have very supportive people in your life!

I say HOOOOOOOOOOOT! My husband here looks very good with scruff...

I put brown rice, artichoke hearts (frozen from Trader Joe's), some sea salt and wild rice (also from Trader Joe's) in the crockpot, it's good together and chewy. I make brown fried rice, put egg or egg white, turkey sausage and tons of veggies and soy sauce (I buy an organic gluten-free low sodium version). They have…

I can't believe your jeans are a 12, you look 10 or smaller for sure. You do have curves like me, so when I'm at 175, I look great. My goal is 175 and then I will re-assess and go from there if I want to go further, but I probably would never go under 155 because I do like my curves as well. I have a ways to go though!…

Agreed. You look awesome!

I try not to look but when there's old saggy skin lady bent over in your face it's...well I try not to look and scurry out as fast as I can.

I've had the same issue. It should not have to be this tough..for people doing the work it should come off you would think! Good luck!

You look awesome!

I'll admit that Mountain Climbers are difficult...but I like to be pushed.

Lunges push ups/burpees only because I've never been very strong upper body arm hang/curl ups...I've never been able to do one ever no matter how fit/thin. But I can change these!!! To love!

I feel the same way. But I guess I need to eat more to lose. Yesterday I could barely break 1000 calories, I thought I ate enough, but with my workouts it's like starving. This site helps me realize this stuff.
-
I guess I'm not getting it. Mine says for extreme weight loss to eat 2000 calories per day, but then only 2 days that week are 2200 and 2400. I just don't see that as that extreme and how it's going to get my metabolism kicking butt?
-
I'm right there with ya, 5 weeks now for me. But this has been an ongoing thing for me for years, I eat very good and workout and never see the results. I look like I eat cake and sit on the couch. I hate the argument calories in and calories out will show what you've been doing- it's a bunch of crap for me at least!
-
Hmmm sounds like me, hypothyroidism but it is normal with my medications so you think I could lose. Lost 22 lbs, then wham the past 5 weeks or...nothing. I workout hard and daily. I eat like 1200-2000 calories per day, mostly 1300-1700. I eat low carb/high protein everything I should be doing for my thyroid and metabolism.…

My son had serious issues, it was two things; one he had food allergies so we found out what they were and eliminated them. But his system would back up longer than your 8 or 9 days. We tried mineral oil and fiber and stool things prescribed by the doctor, but the ONLY thing that ever seemed to work was digestive enzymes.…

Very very inspirational...whatta transformation! Did you hit any plateaus?
