Well you are right. Sugar in raisins isn't good. Grapes and bananas are probably the two worst things you can eat for your blood sugar levels. Fructose is just as bad as sucrose. Sugar is sugar. Yep! They are healthier. And I bet your grandma grew up eating home cooked meals on a cast iron that was covered in 50 layers of bacon grease. Prior to world war 2, corn and grains were secondary to meat and vegetables. There is a reason that this generation will be the first to under-live their parents.

I'm not sure if you are agreeing or disagreeing with me, but yes, that is exactly why animals (including humans) on low carb diets do not get hypoglycemic. Our body creates its own glucose. And we can also enter the state of ketosis, where it no longer uses glucose as a fuel, and instead burns fat and ketones for energy.

I like mine mediterranean style, cut in half, remove pit, sprinkle each side with some sea salt and greek seasonings, fill each hole with feta cheese (Please don't buy low fat feta, barf.) I usually don't count them towards my daily calories, even if I eat some of them back. When I start maintaining, I will, but unless I feel weak/hungry there is no reason I would force myself to eat back calories.

Try to microwave it for 10 seconds and it will become soft like a brownie. :) Also tastes even better in my opinion! My favorite has to be the peanut butter supreme, it tastes a lot like cookie dough to me.

I'm going to assume you are speaking about rape, and torture. Both are pretty terrible actions against another human being, no matter what gender is involved. I don't see how it could possibly be "worse", based on being a female. Unless raping a man isn't equally wrong and damaging somehow?
