I'm here for you. I've struggled for years . Log everything you eat no matter what. make small goals. Look for things you can do as lifestyle changes and work at it. Log all non scale victories so you can have that as positive encouragement for you. I would like to walk this journey with you.

Welcome. Very difficult but can be done. make better food choices and move your body. Take 15 min. Of the day just for you. You can break it up into 5 min at a time or do it all in one section. I'm going to try 15 min of yoga per day ... the deep breathing really helps calm my spirit. You chose your own activity ...…

Hi & welcome. I'm 4'11" & have another 65 lbs to lose. Be honest with yourself and keep acurate with your diary. It took years for the weight to add up so be patient and kind to yourself, you can add me to your list.
