I did a really hard, good hike Saturday, but then still ate more than I should've. Even counting the extra calories burned lol. Keep up the good work everyone!!

Sidenote: I just now noticed that I accidentally put my last week's weight as my goal lol. It's fixed now on here, so I'm all good :smiley:
  • The afternoons are difficult for me also. Occasionally my snacks still won't be enough to get me through cooking dinner and I end up whipping up something quick like sandwiches just so I can eat already.
  • I'm about a week and a half in with Fitness Blender's 8-week program for busy people. I like it because I don't have the patience for long workouts, unless it's a fun activity like hiking.   • SW: 158 GW: 145 4/24: 145 I don't know that I'll actually reach my goal in this timeframe, but I definitely need some additional accountability. For some reason, March and the beginning of April were really difficult for me overall, maybe even more so than the holidays. So, count me in!!
  • This. I've found it doesn't really matter how fresh my eggs are when I boil them. If I throw a boiled egg in a glass of water, cover the top, and shake for 20-30 seconds, the shell literally just slides off.
  • I'm starting today as well! Will be doing it after I get home from work, and I'm a little scared lol. I haven't previewed the dvd at all so I'll be going in blind. :)
