I didn't have access to a scale until this morning. I'm not sure how I lost with how I ate over the weekend, but I'll take it! I just think it hasn't caught up to me quite yet. Now that I'm back to tracking again, I should hopefully be okay.2 -

I was dealing with both me and my daughter being sick, so I wasn't up to working out and my eating habits definitely suffered. But, I'm still below my starting weight! It's some nice motivation coming back to update my progress and being able to clearly see that those numbers went down
