I was less Yesterday morning 234.8 I started my new lifestyle 02/14/2017 at 248.6 and I can't get past 13.8 lbs. loss. I see others have lost twice as much in this time I just don't get it, so I joined this challenge to help motivate me to keep on, I've logged on to MFP for 84 days straight and I'm very proud of that.

I weighed 177.2 yesterday morning, so not sure what's up with being heavier today. But I'll chalk it up to water or something and keep on going with the plan. Happy to see the scale moving down either way and to finally be in the 170's for the 1st time since my son was born.6 -

Slight gain, which is a bummer. But I know why, and I can bounce back from it. I did a really hard, good hike Saturday, but then still ate more than I should've. Even counting the extra calories burned lol.

I didn't have as much of a loss that I would have liked but it is still a loss. I keep telling myself that small steps will get me to my goal. Rushing to get there may make it harder to keep the weight off in the long run.
