    New to this, how do I add a challenge.
    I have been using app for awhile but can't stay motivated to stick with my calories. Would like to lose 10 lbs. If anyone one wants to check in daily for accountability let me know.

    I don't know what SW means, but I'm assuming it has something to do with current weight. My current weight is 121.9 and my goal weight is 114. I'll check in each week. Great challenge this was exactly what I was looking for.
