    15 mins on elliptical.
    Weights & some floor exercises.
    Catching up on my fave podcast Half Size Me for some support.
    Tracked most of my food choices for the day so that takes the guess work out.
    Throwing out some Easter chocolate. I just can't have it in the house right now.

    I'm about a week and a half in with Fitness Blender's 8-week program for busy people. I like it because I don't have the patience for long workouts, unless it's a fun activity like hiking. Each day averages 30 minutes, which usually includes warm up and cool down. Anyway, today I'm feeling pretty good because I survived today's workout, which was rated one of their more difficult ones, and I burned over 200 calories. Woohoo!!

    What kind of activities are you all getting in?

    Awesome! I use some of Fitness Blender workouts too! I also use some Jillian Michaels workouts.
