Hang in there! Just remember that you have lost about 5 pounds this past month as of your current stats so you are doing great. Sometimes it seems to take a while to see the scale drop! Just stay consistent and if you are doing well, your weight should drop. Also, I have heard changing up your exercise routine can help, if you are exercising.1 -

@saltypickle when that happens to me I change what I have for breakfast or lunch because I tend to eat the same things continuously.2 -
