  • I think that is perfect. That is what I am aiming for as well. I am 5'7'' also trying to lose the 40 pounds I gained during pregnancy. I felt healthiest at that weight. I am curvy-but not busty. So I do get smaller up top when I get down to that weight. Leave it to nursing to give you huge knockers!
  • Yeah I just barely fit in my bigger jeans after 10 months, and its gonna be a while before I fit in my "skinny" ones. I still have about 20 pounds to lose.
  • awesome job! Been there before. I am a teacher as well. And the pounds come off slower than the inches. Especially if you do yoga and pilates.

  • I am addicted to Zumba. I do it using videos on you tube. I just make them into a playlist and workout. I wish I was better at food choices.
