I went from the Fitbit one to the Jawbone up24. I was concerned with accuracy from going from my hip to my wrist and I would have to say its very accurate. I tried GRIT on Monday and really liked it. It was super tough but such a good workout. My arms are killing me today (Tuesday) I went ahead and signed up for 2xs per week for the month of March.

THIS!! I'm 10lbs from my goal weight and get these comments ALL THE TIME.. and when I tell them what I weight they don't believe it. I just wish they would have been so concerned when I was at an unhealthy weight and not when I am finally starting to approach my normal range for weight.

I love Les Mills.. I do body attack 2x's week and I'm currently debating on GRIT.. its offered the exact same time as body attack and not sure which is better. Anyone have any feedback on GRIT?

I have had several people come up to me after seeing me several times before and saying they noticed the loss but thought it would be rude to compliment. I always reply. I lost nearly 40lbs this year and went froma very tight size 14 to size 6. The past 2 months Ive been stuck at the same weight which has been frustrating me. For 2014 I would like to work on this last 15 lbs and lower my body fat percentage more.

I have both and use both daily.. I love my fitbit cause it gets me motivated to be more active throughout the day. Compete with other fitbit friends ect.. If you used it for zumba or walking/running you would get a higher calories burn reading on days when you moved/jumped faster ect.. so in a way it can give you a feel…

GW-- 136lbs -- Size 4, s/m shirts I started out doing only cardio (walking, zumba) as exercise. I now do 2-3 days a week of boot camp style workouts that include strength training.
