LES MILLS GRIT

Has anyone seen results from this class? I have been doing this class for three weeks now, (plyo/cardio) one and I am thinking to up it to two classes a week, along with body pump twice a week, cx workout out and body step once a week, am I going to see results? Thoughts please....sorry If this thread has already been created.

Thanks

  • I love Bodypump - it definately helps me in toning up
CXworks - I used to like it when the instructor was delivering it with a lot of focus on core strenght
BodyStep - I liked it but found a bit challenging because of my coordination issues - however if you are confident on the step and like "dance" like activities you will have a blast

I think a combination of these 3 classes (cardio is BodyStep, Cxworks is core, and Bodypump is more strength with some cardio) will definately get you some results on the longer run ....I think you will be able to tone your body...they worked for me for a while :)
I am starting to get annoyed by the soundtrack Les Mills is using for their more current releases - a lot of "industrial techno music" is doing my head in...but otherwise they are good classes!

I'm debating on this myself.. They offer it at my gym for $5 per class. I'm trying to decide if its worth it. If I took it twice a week that's an added $40 for my gym fee.

I currently take les Mills body attack 2xs a week and this class is the same time as those so it would replace that workout.. my other classes are interval bootcamp classes.. so I am not sure how this would change up my routine.
