I do all my shopping at Aldi's. I'm in LOVE with the Fit&Active brand. I usually eat there granola bars - Rice cakes - And drinks. And so far it's been working for me. They also have amazing deals on chicken, fruits and veggies.

I do give some things up - But not much. I usually allow myself 2 dinners to eat on the weekend that I want, within my calorie limits. I could always work off the extra fat anyway. Plus, having something you want once a day is not going to hurt you if it's in moderation.

I have - Usually they are good tears though. From being able to push the body to do things you could not before can be very overwhelming. Changing myself from what I used to be, was very emotional. Still is, Hang in there!

Thank you! I found one on the food database. I also love the skin, but I heard it's almost more calories than the chicken itself. Not sure if it's true or not though.

OOPS, I mean 6 leg quarters. And that's what I was saying !! I tried doing the math by myself but the calories came out very high. And whats weird is some of them are small and some medium, so I'm having a brain fart trying to figure this out haha.

I don't really have 5 foods to never eat. I try my best to stay on track and eat healthy. But once in a while I will treat myself to what they call "bad for you", In moderation though.
