I'm 117 lbs down so far(using MFP, 137 lbs total), but I still have a little bit to go. HW was 319, currently 182, aiming for 160's-150's. I'd love some friends that are going through the same journey! :)

I fast in the mornings. If I eat breakfast, I'm hungry an hour later for some reason lol. It helps control my appetite. I eat 2 small meals, decent sized dinner and one snack. I drink a lotttttt of green tea in between.

Save some calories for night time then? You don't really have to stop eating at a certain time.

Almost always fruit. Mostly a banana or clementines.

Eat whenever you want. I do like to keep a meal schedule sometimes, sometimes I don't, really depends on my mood. I do however try not to eat after 11pm just to make it a little easier on my stomach. Though my eating times have sometimes been all over the place and it never really affected my progress.

An apple.

I eat tuna and weighed mine as well. Mine actually came out less than what was said to be in there. Mine was in water though so maybe that's why. However I have noticed many things being off. Such as tortilla chips, other canned things, frozen things, etc. Measuring cups seem to be off on some things too.

Hot fries. Any flamin' hot chips really, in large amounts lolol.
