compared 2 regular eggs:
185 cals 1g fat 0 fiber 1g 14g protein
you can a little extra fiber and omegas into it if you add a tbsp. ground flax seed.
It tastes the same as an omelette : )0 -

wow some of u have some really good breakfasts&good ideas!! when I 1st get up Im not hungry but on my drive to work ill have a small glass of either shredded wheat&1%milk,&@1st am. break ill have some kind of protein&a fruits&water.. im usually superb hungry by9am .. I get up@4:30am.. havin to be @work@615am&doing a 12hr shift0

Porridge (oatmeal) with greek yoghurt, a mashed up banana & a teaspoon of peanut butter. Tasty and filling0

Citrus Yogurt Parfait!
1 cup Trader Joe's Greek yogurt
1 cup grapefruit & orange segments (I cut up a big bowl for the whole week and mix with lime juice and lime zest)
2 tbsp lightly salted sunflower seeds
The grapefruit wakes me up, the orange keeps it just sweet enough, the sunflower seeds bring some crunch and the yogurt keeps me full. Love this breakfast!0 -
This morning I had a banana, blueberry, honey & almond milk smoothie. I'm not very good at eating in the morning so this is a good way for me to get in some calories and nutrients whilst keeping under a good calorie goal!0
