No but I'm not a huge sugar fan unless it's fruit or chocolate. But even if I was I would have processed sugars in moderation. Though natural sugars from things like fruit when ever I want really. I don't see a point in cutting it out completely. Good luck.

I didn't gain any weight when I quit smoking 4 months ago. Which surprised me. I track my cals and such so I know how much I'm consuming. Gum helped with the cravings and kept me busy. I've been tempted to try this stuff because I hear so many good things. I will once I find it in a store! Havn't came across it yet, then again I kinda forgot about it.

My latest favorite is 1 sunny side up egg with 1 100% wheat peice of toast and 2 peices of turkey bacon. However things like bananas, cherrios, greek yogurt, granola bars, almonds, and eggs in general are pretty great.

A few of my favorites are greek yogurt, baby carrots, almonds, granola bars, apples, kiwi, oranges etc, I like to switch it up once in a while. Great suggestions in here.

I loveeee luna bars. But I also don't eat them that much. Only when I'm really craving them, need a quick lunch or something along those lines. I was addicted to them in the beginning of my weight loss.
