Fill in the blank with regards to where you are in you weight loss/weight gain/maintenance/health journey right now. I'll start.

I have never been at a healthy weight range before now.

I have never felt so good about myself before now.

I have never had the problem of trying NOT to lose more weight before now. (explanation: I have been in maintenance for about a month and I am working to find my TDEE so that I can maintain a weight range).

Okay, your turn.

GO!

I have never thrown away a donut someone gave me so as not to eat it before this journey started. I was so proud of my willpower yesterday!

I have never considered using to tools to strengthen my mental fortitude to complete my weight loss journey before now. I have always just concentrated on diet and exercise, nutrition, calories in versus calories out. But, I am employing some mental tools to keep my motivation, drive my willpower, strengthen my self-love and stop my mental state from sabotaging all my hard work and effort. It feels AMAZING!

Wow, excellent responses! Another from me: I have never realized before now that I have complete power over what food I eat. I am in control, food is not.
