For lunch I usually eat a granola bar and some rice cakes. What exactly can you make in a crockpot? I've never used one so I'm clueless LOL.

Nonono Lol. I usually do a 30 minute workout between 2pm - 5 And then another 30 minute workout between 8-11pm. Sorry I should have added that!

I workout in the afternoon and at night. I'm not sure if this is what's causing me to stay awake. I usually go to bed around 2-3 am since I can't go to sleep earlier, and I usually wake up around 12-1 pm. Which really annoys me :[ I just hope it won't effect my weight loss.

I Start working out around 2pm - 5 pm. And then again at around 8-11pm. Maybe my workouts are interfering with my diet? I'm not sure but I'll try to work out earlier and see what happens :]

I have not ate fast food for a long time for that reason, it makes me sick too. Say if I want some pizza or something, I usually go to the store and buy it. Not only is it better than the fast food I get, but it does'nt make me sick.

To me the protein MFP allows is low. Protein is good for you, I sometimes go 90 over, and it seems to help my weight loss. I'd actually recommend to try to go over on it!

I've recently noticed that even from the 21 pounds I lost people are starting to "notice" me more and it's kind of insulting to me. One guy in particular. He never liked me before, but now that I have been losing weight fast he all of a sudden has a interest? Haha, It's quite hilarious.

I could care less what a guys body looks like. All though looks are not everything they are a big plus. Though I'm into nerdy gamer dudes with tattoo's and piercings. It's kinda my thing, haha.

I'm doing it for both to be honest. My highest weight was 330, lost 30, then joined this site. In the beginning I was doing it to look better, but now that I lost 21 pounds since I joined here, I feel so much better it's ridiculous in a good way ! And in less than 2 months ! I Don't exercise during my TOM, Know why? Because I have a very heavy period. It's not that I'm making a excuse. I just chose not to work out during it because it's hell.
