I plan to not eat LESS than my BMR every day. I plan on eating back my workout calories ONLY if I feel hungry. Workout Plan Walk at least 20 miles a week sometimes alone, sometimes with my neighbor. ^^This. I recently wondered about this and find that looking at my calories from a weekly perspective helps me keep in line how much I'm actually eating. As long as the "flow" keeps me at or around goal - I should still lose.

3 lbs just this past week!!! It's my 3rd week of "dieting" and I've been busting my butt to burn the calories so I'm not sure that it's water weight but as long as it stays off, I don't care. :)

I'm 5'3.5" SW 203 CW 180 GW 135 I lost from 203-163 two years ago...then slowly gained it back to 185 and now I'm on track to lose it again. I think 135 will be good for me. I have short legs though so maybe I should go lighter if I can.

This reminds me on myself as well. I lost 40 lbs two years ago using slim fast. Went from 203-163 (I'm 5"3') and then the shakes started to turn my stomach.
