Does anyone have month by month pictures?
I've been working out pretty hard for nearly 3 months now. Cardio and lifting. I take pictures of every angle every month but I just can't see a difference and I'm starting to get discouraged. Radiating Heat After a Workout
After I workout, I seem to radiate heat from my back and sometimes my theighs. It kind of feels like a localized fever. Hello Ladies! I am very interested in giving this a go but I do not belong to a gym. Can I do this without one? What would I need in terms of a home gym (minimum) to do everything? Afraid to Run...How do you build muscle?
