Radiating Heat After a Workout

After I workout, I seem to radiate heat from my back and sometimes my theighs. It kind of feels like a localized fever. For example, I did cardio yesterday (a little Zumba, BodyAttack and BodyCombat) and today my back is radiating heat. It doesn't hurt, it is just hot. Same thing happens sometimes when I do BodyPump (weight lifting).
Is this a good thing? Like my muscles are repairing themselves or my metabolism is revving up? Or, should I be worried.
Anyone else get this issue?

I went to the gym with my mom the other day, I did cardio and she lifted weights... i was sweaty and she was not. We got into the car and all of the windows on my side of the car were fogging up... it was hilarious. And I'm pretty sure it's totally normal.0
