  • I try to eat a little bit every other hour. You will acclimate to less food. When I first lost weight the first day or so were like what you describe. Make sure you drink plenty of water.
  • I cycle quite a bit in the spring and summer. The trick is to challenge yourself. One quick way to see if you are challenging yourself is to see if you can talk or sing while you are riding.
