OK may I ask what did you do to get out of the 140's? I have been bouncing back and forth between 142 and 140 for about 8 months now and am wondering if this is how I'm just going to stay.

I absolutely love LUNA Bars. I eat one almost everyday for breakfast. Out of all the bars I've tried, I've found them to be the best tasting and most fulfilling.

Ok ...so I noticed that when I get mad at my husband or we are fighting that I want to eat junk. I don't know if it because its my way of trying to hurt him or what.
