You look GREAT! Try carrying around 3 gallons of milk and see if that feels heavy....and that's about 24lbs...or a 25 pound bag of dog or cat food...you'll quickly see (and feel) that 26lbs is a lot! Enjoy your success and mix it up and I know you'll continue to see great results.

I also take medicine for this. And at first you need to have your levels checked so make sure you don't miss those appts. I also drink lots of water. That's awesome! You should be proud! I was at the same weight you were...now I have lost 25lbs...need to lose 75 more. My goal is to lose that next 75 by 10/1/12. LOT'S OF WORK AHEAD! I CAN DO IT!
