Thanks for the input guys :) Yeah my point of view about sodium is that I drink A LOT of water throughout the day so I figured sodium wasnt a big deal...and ive only been tracking calories, carbs, fat , and protein too but decided to check out my sodium and it is way over :/

I have a boobie question! LOL I am a 40DDD right now, weigh 192lbs and I want smaller boobs! haha....so what other exercises can make my boobs smaller (besides pushups)? I only workout at home so they have to be exercises I can do at home :) thanks guys!
