I have a similar experience from my own mother. She was massaging my shoulders and telling me that I have lost too much weight. I still have lots of fat on my body, I just have a thin neck and shoulders. It drives me crazy when people say "You're getting too skinny!" and it's always someone a bit bigger than me. My healthy…

So far I only have the Own the Woods at Wildwood Park near the Georgialina area and the Savage Race in September in Dallas, GA! But next year I will be doing so many more! (Including trying to play rugby...down 'n' dirty!)

I have days (like today) where I wake up and I just do not care! I ate two chocolate chip muffins for breakfast! But I think it's okay to have days like that. It's probably even healthy to do as long as it's not all the time.

Everyone is different. Some can, some can't. It's something people on this site need to understand is everyone is different, no one loses the same.

I heard 6 months or 1 year, depending on your use.

QFT I drink a buttload (not literally) coming back from a run.

Sounds like it's something you need to come to terms with.

My aunt recently had the same surgery and is losing weight like crazy. I can understand why because my family (especially her side) has a serious obesity problem and has killed people in my family. It's a thyroid problem. But I can understand why you would be angry about it. It is upsetting when someone passes you up when…

I used to do this and got an unhealthy relationship with my caloric intake...So I took a break and now I just do what is healthy!

Nope, no way. Sometimes I change even when I get sweaty out about! And shower before bed! Though I do love wearing my workout clothes out and about. Super comfy!

You will know when you eat too much fiber...trust me.

Hi, vegetarian ex-vegan here! I went vegan due to medical reasons and it is pretty nice! The only downsides are that it can get pretty spendy, and (unless you live in Portland, OR) it is hard to go out to eat without having to eat a salad sans cheese/everything tasty. But it made me feel great! Also tried to go raw…

Sorry! My thoughts can be really scattered. :ohwell: The temper and mood swings are the current issue, but my past issues include the IBS and anxiety (which have been long term effects). Maybe some women aren't meant to have birth control at all?

For a lot of people, love handles are the last to go. I used to do oblique exercises to help with that, but it was pretty minimal. Keep losing the fat and your body will get the hint :)

Turning 21 in September, day of the Savage Race obstacle course here in GA! Feel free to add! Always need added pressure to complete my food diary

Bullying is a terrible thing that plagues so many people. Now is the time to prove them wrong and feel better about yourself. :) Feel free to add me! Everyone is welcome (except creepy people...yuck)

I do resistance bands and calisthenics, along with running almost every night. Gyms weren't my scene, either. Spendy and full of meat heads a lot of the time.

It depends. I started out pretty small, but I know people that can do 10 miles a day running and burn a buttload of calories. Either way, doing even just some of this will get you some kind of results :)

I was having a similar problem. Still am, but at least since I switched from candy to protein bars, I am getting protein too!

That kind of loss then gain is pretty common, especially in the beginning, as you lose the water weight and beginning fat and gain some muscle. 18 days is not long enough to judge though! Keep going and more good results will come.

Personally, it took completing a very large goal to start being confident. For me, it was doing a 5 mile obstacle course that made me go "holy spit, I just did something fit people do." Did you take a before picture? It might be good to see where you came from. Wear some of the baggy clothes and be like "damn, fat used to…

Daily running and zumba for cardio. Yoga for flexibility. Weights (or something similar) for strength training. It takes a lot of time out of the day to do all of these things, but it is worth it to get results. And putting in 100% during these is a must! Just what works for me, though!

The two times I have had issues is between my boyfriend and I and when my phone crashes. My boyfriend and I will do the same exact distance, but his will measure longer than mine. It is frustrating, And when my phone crashes and restarts (because I have a TERRIBLE phone) it'll often be inaccurate in it's timing to my…

That's a thing?! Super cool!!

I'm in the same boat you are. I started running around the beginning of April and have not stopped until about a week ago when I hit a wall when I quit my job. But I am back in it! Usually when I go, I like to do about 5k (3.1 miles) and usually just do walking/running intervals. Surely, what we're doing (plus some…

I do not, but my mother is anemic and does. I have a stranger craving. The smell of soil and gravel makes my mouth water. I don't know why, maybe it is because of how severe my anemia is but it is weird!

It's not easy when nobody notices, but that's probably because they see you all the time. When you're around somebody all the time, they don't notice changes that take a long time, such as aging. Say something! And mostly, be proud of yourself! Besides, that's what matters :)
