Don't go by a certain restriction except this one: DON'T EAT CRAP. And by crap I mean junk foods. Eat honest-to-god good food and get up to do some work and you'll notice a difference.

I read most of the book and couldn't get through it because it was so terribly written and Twilight-cliche. To me, the book was not BDSM, nor did it say anything about women's issues or gender...It was simply an abusive relationship written to include some raunchy sex. And I doubt the film will be any better than the book.…

I used to be that way a little bit, which has since gone away. But it does feel great when anyone encourages me. One day, while I was running on the sidewalk, someone walking on the track hollered "Get it girl!" It helped me so much!

Yes it matters. Especially if you want to feel good while you're trying to lose. You can feel like ****, and then you'll be a skinny person that feels like ****. And no one wants to be that.

I don't eat it, but I use it on my face. It's the only thing that has helped with my acne at all, so it's hard to stop. Plus it isn't filled with ****ty chemicals like face washes. Though, occasionally it finds its way into my mouth when I'm doing my face mask.

It seems like it's not only on this site, but everywhere else, too. I always have someone telling me my diet is not healthy or that I should eat meat because this reason and that reason and that I am wrong. People can get downright mean about it, The backlash on this site specifically though is a problem that isn't just…

I usually just eat some kind of carb and some fruit. For example, today I had a small muffin, grapes, and watermelon. Yum!

Going raw is the best decision anyone could make imo

My dear, you will not want to risk the chance of liquid poo running down your leg. And you'll be pretty empty, so I do not recommend it. Before my colonoscopy, I did not even want to get in the car.

I need some accountability, too. I had burger king and muffins today and have been over my caloric intake a lot lately. Hope y'all don't mind being added! More audience makes it harder to put these things in my diary!

It makes me more tired and makes me feel "fat." I've done protein bars before and it works sometimes, but they are pretty expensive.

I did some research after dealing with this for a couple of weeks. One of the most popular responses I had seen was the breathing. When running, breathing deeply and including your belly area is important to stretch the muscles in that area. A good exercise for this is, when you're going to bed at night, breathe so your…

Started with Doctor Who... Then Supernatural, Orange is the New Black, and I did Walking Dead for a little while but I'm not caught up. EDIT: Oh man, I can't believe I forgot Game of Thrones!

Damn that's awesome!

I have and always will have a 38 around due to my barrel chest... But I used to be a C and now I'm a high A low B. :(

I've been at this for so long, I don't hardly remember what I used to eat. But I do remember eating Rainbow Goldfish and Dr, Pepper (together) and a butt-load of cheesy-bread (a whole box!) from a local pizza place. And that was just my school lunch and after school snacks.

Stop calculating, start doing. Eat only when you're hungry. Exercise every day. Try your hardest!! It will happen. Numbers can get depressing, and if it's weighing on you this much, you aren't using it in a healthy way. Tracking isn't for everybody.

I always have chocolate chips in the fridge for when my sweet tooth aches for it.

Weight training and yoga for flexibility! A lot of the time, active people forget these two things that are equally as important as cardio: Flexibility and Strength Training. These can help keep you from getting injured again.
