  • No matter how you look at it-they're empty calories. Any kind of artificial sweetener gives me a horrible migraine-so I steer clear of it all. It's not good for you and your body does not know how to metabolize the artificial sugar-its actually better to drink regular and just count the calories, at least your body knows…

  • I love my Camelbak bottle. It has a place to hook it onto something and has a great spout (kind of like a straw). I also like that it has a wide mouth so I can put ice in it.   • I love any kind of crunchy fruit-apples mostly- and if I cut them up it takes longer to eat them. I know exactly how you feel....someties I even eat when I'm not hungry!
  • I know the feeling...but mine was a wedding dress. Hang in there and make sure that you do it the healthy way-proper eating and exercise. :happy:
