It hasn't effected my weight loss. I pick up a couple bottles every time I go to the gas station or in line at the grocery store, so it's not every day but I do still drink it.

Thanks everyone (: I've determined that it was water weight from the sodium and mother nature I'm just glad that even when I wasn't losing I didn't go off my deficit. Anyway, looks like something's up with my scale cause when I weighed this morning it was 30 pounds less than normal :mad:

I agree, I've thought of doing that too lol, just to see if it would work. Same here, it's motivational to me to see the 150's and then the 140's, it's like a feeling "You're getting closer, keep going!" Same here, every day it tells me something different so I don't pay much mind to it.

Thank you guys, I have it set to 1.5 pounds per week and I feel okay doing 1,200 I have been at it for a couple days.

Thank you everyone. According to the calculator I burn 2,087 calories a day. MFP has me on 1,200 calories a day and I eat back some of my exercise calories.
