I think both types are rather calming. I love to have some at breakfast or lunch. Green tea is supposedly suppose to boost metabolism. I wonder if hot tea is more potent. I've read hot coffee has more benefits than chilled.

Thank you for the great advice. I have been running everyday and I usually feel the burn the next day. I feel stiff when I wake up the next day after a long run. I stretch and do a warm up. How do I avoid Frank-stein stiff legs the next day?

Don't worry so much about weight. Focus on health and wellness. Weighing in constantly is not as helpful as good diet and exercise maintence or decision making.

Loading protein early in the day helps. I have Special K protein or a Greek yogurt in the morning. Both are low calorie and high in protein. Items high in protein keep you satisfied longer. I usually go to the cereal or yogurt as a snack as well. Don't eat those 100 calorie snack packs. Those are just a waste of calories…

I have friends who say I spend too much time working out or I need to eat. They don't like it that I won't eat fried or junk food anymore. I am often pressured to eat when I'm not hungry. I don't eat much when I go out and I think my friends resent me sometimes.
