I want to start running 5k's. I did a 5k on my treadmill last night in 35 mins. I know the treadmill helps you but I felt good about the run. Good luck to you!

I prefer Quest Bars, and I also wait till they are on sale at GNC. My favs are the cookies n cream and chocolate chip cookie dough. I do not eat them as much as I use to cause the doc told me to cut down on carbs.

I'm in and I am new to this group. I had lapband in March of this year. CW: 201 GW: 190 or less I also want to continue working out 5x a week and remember to keep my protein between 60-80 grams. Good luck everyone!
