I make the salsa chicken, but when you throw in the cheese- I throw in black beans & jalapenos. I also don't use the entire bag of taco seasoning- I use about 1/5 of it... and I add in my own cumin & crushed black peppers. This is a great dish to use inside tacos, over rice, or just on a plate!

I just turned 29 last week. I have about 150 lbs to lose. And I wanna be well on my way, when I turn 30. I've always had a problem with keeping my motivation going... Dave, Just wanted to say thanks. :^) I cut out all processed/chemically altered foods about 5 years ago because I was convinced they were causing migraines. I'm on my second day of exercising at 5:30 am. I have to be at work at 7:30, so all I can manage right now is 30 min of exercise. I have the same problem!!! I find that instead of eating, if I drink a glass of water that helps to curb my appetite. Normally I'm not even hungry, I'm just eating out of boredom or habit!!!
