Good morning everybody. Hope you all have a great day!

Did you stay within your nutritional goals? No (122 over my calories)

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes, I did journal everything

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Went out with my sister. Ate healthy dinner and didn't get a treat afterwards like I wanted and like she did. I just watched her eat hers in front of me.

What would I have done differently? Would've gotten the grilled chicken sandwich at Arbys and wouldn't have gotten that Strawberry Rhubarb square at Starbucks.

What is today's personal goals? Journal every bite and get all my water in.

    I'm new to the site, as of yesterday. I thought I'd jump in feet first and start using the forums.

    Did I stay within my goals? Nope. Not even close, but I didn't know I had goals the 1st half of the day. Today will be better

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? After I set them, yes! I drank 8 glasses of water.

    What did I do yesterday that I'm proud of? Ate chicken salad sandwich instead of fried chicken sandwich, ate only 1/2 the fries.

    What would I have done differently? Gotten a salad and forgone the fries, totally.

    What are today's personal goals? Journal each bite and make better choices.

    What did I do yesterday that I'm proud of? No birthday cake at the party

    What would I have done differently?skipped my nap and gotten the house cleaned

    What are today's personal goals? Jillian's shred and Ab ripper X

    Morning all!!!!!

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes barely

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No, didn't exercise.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Didn't go over my calories.

    What would I have done differently? Exercised even though I didn't feel like it. It rained here yesterday and I used that as an excuse not to exercise because I wanted to ride my bike.

    What is today's personal goals? Exercise and sign up for the 4 mile walk/run in Fort Wayne (you doing it Nicole?)

    Hi Gang!

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Surprisingly yes, even with my bad snack.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No :grumble: fell back asleep on the couch instead of working out.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Did GREAT with food until 9pm and drank all of my water

    What would I have done differently? Not had a piece of cake from the Explorer's meeting........BUT it was sooooooooooo GOOD!! Until I got the sugar headache! ugh! I'm done!

    What is today's personal goals? No sugar....still have a hangover from last nite's binge!

    Did I stay within my nutritional goals? So far, I been a bit below actually

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goals? Yes worked out and tracked all my foods

    What did I do yesterday that I'm proud of? reached 500 calories on my workout

    What would I have done differently? More Circuit training

    What are today's personal goals? 45 minute cardio and more circuit training
