you don't have to rinse it. It just depends on what you decide. I live gluten free and eat Quinoa all the time. I never rinse it!!! :) BTW there is a thread on here somewhere that has TOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNSSSSSSSSSSSS of recipes. I am sure if you searched you could find it!

I just took two weeks off because my knee was hurting quite a bit. And I had a pinched nerve in my back. It is feeling better and I am restarting the fourth week before I hit the second month cuz it's crazy!!!!

Ok so I am wondering what your TDEE is? I have my total daily calories set at 1700 and something. That is my BMR. I usually net less than that and have lost weight. Is this correct? or not? I should also add that I only eat less than my BMR on days when I exersize. I dont eat it all back.

My goal calories is much more than 1200. To loose 1 pound a week I am to eat 1840. To loose 1 1/2 pounds I am to eat 1500. To loose 2 pounds 1310. IT makes alot per that 1/4 cup cooked and mixed with stuff you have more servings so the calories are not that bad.
