  • I would like yo be your friend in real life
  • Has it helped you on your journey? Because that is what matters.
  • There is nothing wrong with adding walking the dog as an exercise because it is actually exercise. No one has the same physical condition so why would anyone make fun of the effort you input to better yourself. and I feel you on the depression part, been there, done that. A few people here got what I was aiming at. Like…
  • this post was not meant to offend or criticize anyone, unlike what you guys are doing. We have actually found some really funny things here and that was the whole point.
  • In definitely do not regret creating this post. I actually laughed a lot more than I expected.
  • Ok, it seems that there is a lot of confusion in what I was trying to say. Calories are usually something really hard to burn. USUALLY. What I am talking about is a girl that posted she walked for 8 hours at a 4mph pace because her job kept her busy. What kind of job makes you walk for 8 hours? Or the guy that burnt 290…
  • I know, I have seen them about $650!!
  • On the contrary, I would like to be your friend on MFP. The difference between you and other users is that you are not lying. I am talking about some that is 280 pounds and has not lost weight even though they do 3 to 4 hours of pt a day and burn 3000 to 5000 calories a day just by walking. Do you understand what I am…
  • I am honest on my posts even if I cheat BECAUSE (feel better big man), like you guys said, you only lie to yourself. And like I said before, there are some people who can do it, but not all of us.
  • I once jumped off an LMTV and sprained my thigh muscle. The only thing that made it better was rest and ice. I went to the doctor and he gave me naproxyn, an antinflammatory medicine. It helped. But if you keep working it it is gonna take way longer to heal. I know it sucks but those are injuries for ya.
  • suplements can help but you gotta be careful with your diet. Most of them are just made to fill gaps in nutrition. Proteins are good only if you control what you eat. If it is working for you and you don't notice any bad side effects, then go for it.
  • if it is soreness you should see a difference with stretching, exercise and time. If it hurts consistently no matter what you do it might be pulled, or torn. Give it time to rest and if it does not go away a little each day it is pulled
  • It can be iron or potassium too. Also I know water is important but it can be just as harmful drinking too much than too little. Sometimes way too much water can take with it some nutrients when discarded. Just a thought. Might want to see a nutritionist to make sure your daily amount of vitamins and minerals are ok.
  • The thing about carbs is that they get digested really quickly, so that is why if you eat them you will get hungry in a hurry. Try switching carbs for proteins. Also sugar, and artificial sweeteners, are addictive and are the major cause of cravings. Cravings can sometimes be mistook for hunger. If you feel hungry eat a…
  • yes, it is possible, anything that can bring a person pleasure can become addictive. Remember that. I for one can tell you that a lot of the cravings thaat you might get are candy or sugary snacks. Sugar causes cravings. A craving can last up to 20 minutes. to try to control it you can have a fruit. Fruit have natural…
  • cross fit training is awesome. instead of doing exercises by a specific number of repetitions and sets you do it by time. instead of doing 3 sets of 20 push-ups you do 1 minute of push ups, run full sprint for 1 minute, sit-ups one minute, and so on. great cardio and endurance training that gets you tired quick but has…
